Hi,.. I’m Tom, and my intent is to make you comfortable with the fact that we’re the right call.  I’ve been producing On-Hold programs for about 17 years.  Mainly for local business in-and-around Syracuse, NY.  I’ve produced programs for clients in big and not so big markets. I think we’re currently in about 7 states.   Although we’ve grown over the years and are adding new customers all the time,..  we’ve never forgotten that it’s service that got us where we are.

The approach is basic.  Write and Produce a quality program that makes a positive impression on your callers.
